Product Description:
LD-1 non-tar polyurethane (911) waterproof coating is a type of two-component polyurethane waterproof coating. One of components A is a kind of prepolymer which is the reaction result of the esserbetol and two-trichoroisocyanuric acid lipid. Another component B is consisted by sulfide agent, catalyst and resin. Putting suitable amount of these two components together, and then stirred uniformly, and finally apply it on the substrates. After curing reaction, it will be formed to a hydrophobic membrane with high elasticity.
Main Features:
1. Cold construction and normal temperature solidified; easy operation and short construction period.
2. High adhesion, elongation rate and tensile strength.
3. High level of solid content, steady performance, good weather ability and reliable waterproof property.
4. Able to be constructed on damp substrates (moisture content < 10%).
Application Range:
Mainly used in different types of building roofs, kitchen, toilet and some underground projects like basement, tunnel and metro, etc.

Construction point:
1. Make sure the substrate is clean, dry, and smooth before applying the coating.
2. Mix component A and B at the ratio of 1:2 when applying.
3. Use squeegee brush twice. The second brush work must be done until surface curing and need follow the vertical direction with first one.
4. Usage: 1-1.2 kg/㎡
Attentions for Construction:
1. The mixture of component of A and component B should be used up within 20 minutes.
2. The rest of component A should be sealed at once after application to prevent curing.
3. Keep the waterproofing layer from being damaged during the application.
4. Products should be stored in dry and ventilating indoor place, free from sun and damp.
5. Storage period: 12 months; and piles of the bucket should not exceed 4 layers
6. Far away from visible fire and seal the cover in case of getting touches with moisture. |
