LD-4 Polymer Cement Based Waterproofing Coating is a new generation environmental waterproof coating which produces by using special polymer emulsion as a main material and mixing with some waterproof additives and a certain proportion of ordinary Portland Cement. To brush it on substrates can form high tough waterproof paint.
Main Features:

It is mainly used for waterproof for different types of building roofs, basements, kitchen, toilets, exterior walls, pool and indoor floor moisture-resist coating.

Contractor guidance:
1. Layer treatment: Make sure the surface clean, dry, smooth and no visible water accumulation.
2.Basecoat treatment：Brush the pure waterproof emulsion on substrates.
3. Waterproof Coating formulating method: Follow Emulsion: Cement = 1: 0.7 weight ratio, use agitator stir until no powder exist.
4. Brush construction: Apply mixture waterproof coating onto substrates by roller or coir scrub brush. Brush twice only. Brush time gap is 30 minutes.
5. Usage: 1.0-1.2 kg/㎡
Remarks
1. Stirring emulsion before use; prohibit water.
2. Cement should choose above 325# ordinary Portland cement or slag cement. 3. The products shall be stored in cool areas; The storage period is 6 months |
